Sesame seeds x1 – Toast well in pan, grind lightly just to break it up
Jaggery x little less than 1 – heat in pan with water, let it bubble & form strands. ** when one drop into water sinks to bottom, not dissolving it is done.
Turn off flame
Add 2 spoons Ghee
Dip right hand into rice flour
Pinch off hot sesame dough
Bounce into the palm to form a ball
Lasts up to one month without refrigeration
