Grind to fine powder:
Toast Almonds (peeled & chopped) in pan with ghee. Remove
Ciroti Rava (finest rava sooji) 350g : toast in pan dry, then add few spoons of ghee & stir, add few more spoons of ghee, stir and switch off.
Add Raisins (1 sm. Handful), copra (2-3 pinches), toasted almonds and sugar to rava.
Boil 4-5 tsp milk
Little by little, add hot milk to one corner of rava mixture and gently knead & bounce into balls. Continue adding milk as needed.
Lasts 10 days w/out refrigeration
