1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Sliced almonds for sprinkling
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9-inch baking pan.
2. Slowly add the wet mix to the dry mix. Take care not to overmix.
5. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared tin and layer with half of the sliced pears. Pour rest of the cake
batter on top and place pear slices on top, sprinkle with almonds and bake for 45-50 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool before transferring to a serving plate. Dust with icing sugar
