They are sprinkled on salads, cucumbers, rice, and dosas for a unique Indian experience and to aid in digestion. Dry chutney powders I prepare are from traditional recipes: Peanut & Pepper; Sesame; Curry Leaf, Indian Lentil, and Chickpea.
