Ghee (1/2 cup or more as needed)
Wheat or rice flour (3 handfuls)
Toast flour in pan with a little ghee, stirring well
Remove from pan
Add 1 cup water to pan and heat it.
Add Jaggery (1 block broken into pieces- beaten with rolling pin) – or 1 1/2 cups jaggery
Boil for 5 minutes
Add 1 small handful coconut gratings
Boil until it one or two sticky strands form between fingers
Add flour, cardamom and lastly rest of ghee
Stir well- should form a big dough ball, not sticking to pan
Put into a tin (with more ghee) or make laddus out of it
