Almonds (1 big handful): chop & fry in ghee. Set Aside
Dry toast Bengal Gram flour (3 handfuls), 10 minutes, then add Ghee and toast with ghee.
Grind sugar (1 handful) with cardamom to a powder.
Mix everything together & add Raisins & Almond fry
Add hot ghee to one corner and make balls, adding more ghee as needed
Flour & Ghee must be hot to form properly the balls
