Finely ground rice flour
Fresh Coriander / Dill / Fenugreek leaves
Grated carrot and/ or green beans
1. Spread over a cold cast iron pan, cook & repeat, cooling the pan with water.
2. Oil a banana leaf, spread over the leaf and transfer it to pan, peeling back the leaf.
3. Drop a lump onto hot oiled pan and spread it with an oiled utensil

Serve with ghee, chutney, gojju or palya
